Exams are over, my downloads are killed!

So, at this very moment I am watching episode 10 of the Vampire Diaires on Youtube. Don’t we all just love youtube? Asides, I haven’t blogged in quite a few days because I haven’t been on the internet, because I’ve blown my downloads out of proportion and I’ve delved into a new book. ‘Eldest’ by Christopher Paolini, 2nd in the ‘Inheritance’ series. Whoop.

Anyway, International Studies is over so that is one damn exciting thing. And then I went on a prolonged high where I questioned myself how come I didn’t pick up more humanities subjects. But J convinced me that it was because I was glad that it was over and not because I enjoyed it… bahah. Then I went to my young sis’ K, high school awards night, where her ex-principal, well she never went to school with him as principal, but asides, gave this long speech on the ‘War on Terror’ and ‘Climate Change’ etc. etc. I honestly, truly loved every bit of it because *drumroll* it related to International Studies. LOL LOL

Okies, I finished my physics questions, so pleased I could do it. And I was out of work last night at 8 minutes past. Which was early, for me … LOL so I was proud of myself in that respect as well. I am halfway through Eldest and can play most of some simplified version of FurElise on the piano, and I have not done my laundry yet … that can wait for tomorrow after work … okies.

International Studies

So essentially, I admit I didn’t even touch my chemistry worksheet before I collapsed on the bed and started shifting through web pages on my ipod. Either way, I’m up now and ready to once again, attempt to tackle homework and study.

I fed Rugby, a.k.a my red Japanese Fighting Fish. But he didn’t too happy today, I almost couldn’t find him hiding under the little toy orgnament I have situtated in the middle of the tank. I found him though when I tipped the bowl over on a slight angle. He seemed happy to get his food but I didn’t bother to check after that. I cleaned out the bowl yesterday so I hope the nest bubble will start soon.

I opened up my definitions page and to get full marks on my state-terrorism I need to know why Robert Mugabe, President of Zimbabwe, terrorised his own people. Let’s see … according to the power of wikipedia, Mugabe lack of disrespect of human rights was due to him wanting to win the Presidential run-off. I see somebody’s desperate. All the other definitions were filled on so no more research on that.

Apparently my parental prioritize K’s new computer over my 3/4s. F*ckin’ H. It seems all those lectures over the importance of 3/4s were in vain.

First MANUAL Entry

•November 14, 2009 • Leave a Comment

Ah Ha! So this is my first manual entry/blog. I was facebooking and stumbled over yet another blog and thought, heck why not. So I decided to, to start blogging. My first username choice was brownrice, as I had eaten brown rice to, but it was taken so I chose coffeeaddict. That was gone too. I decided to throw in coffeeaddict.wordpress.com and brownrice.com.au to the WWW and it spat out a ‘user has deleted content’ page and ‘make your own wordpress.’ Not cool. These people don’t even exist and yet I still can’t use these usernames. Then I settled on frangipani doll. The worst thing is that I don’t know how to spell frangipani. Whoop.

I got my new external harddrive today. Advertised at 1TB. And you know what Windows told me? Told me I had 930G on it. Damnn you WD advertising. You lied… K got a nifty new gadget, the Toshiba U500/01w whilst I’m eyeing the Asus Eee PC. But honestly, that’s not going to happen. I spend change, and no change does not equate big notes. Plus for some odd reason, every time I have notes, they become change, and we all know what happens to the change.

I have exams coming up, and I was meaning to study effectively. But I guess that didn’t happen. Instead I delved through 2 Alex Rider Novels. or maybe 3. Skeleton Key, Eagle Strike and Scorpia. I would have read Arc Angel, but I didn’t have it. As soon as exams are over, aside from Gossip Girl and Vampire Diaries, I’m going to go check out Brisingr.

Between finishing this entry and hitting the hay, I believe I shall do the laundry and maybe tackle a chem worksheet. I might hit a few notes on the keyboard and learn to play the right hand of FurElise. I will not clean the floor, not the desk but I shall clean my bed. I would put in a poll but hell, the likelihood of anyone reading this is close to nil. In the meanwhile I shall investigate wordpress.com

Adios bloggers, N.
